Roxanne Townsend, Regional Director of Sales joined DMI Hotels in 2016 focusing on the West Coast, Texas and Northeast markets. Roxanne has 33 years of Sales experience within the hospitality industry, encompassing on-property, NSO and CVB sales positions. Previous positions include National Account Director with Visit Seattle; Director of Global Accounts with Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she was in the Presidents Circle; and Senior Sales Positions with Hyatt Hotels. Roxanne has been the recipient of many awards in the industry from Sales team of the Year with Hyatt Hotels, National Sales Executive of the Year, Chicago National Sales office of the year, top Revenue Producer with Omni Hotels and Supplier of the year.

A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Psychology and Economics, Roxanne enjoys her free time traveling, cheering on her favorite Chicago Sports teams, country music, running, spending time with friends, family and her Cavapoo, Jessie.
