Gay Holden has a strong sales background in diverse markets and holds an extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry. Her focus on matching client programs to the best venue has built her a solid reputation as customer advocate for the properties she represents.
Boasting an impressive background in the hospitality industry, Ms. Holden has held significant sales positions at well-known hotels and resorts spanning across the country. Most recently, she was Director of Sales at Grove Isle Hotel & Spa in Miami, Florida. For 11 years, she held the position of National Sales Manager of the Turnberry Isle Resort and Club in Aventura, Florida (formerly a Fairmont) where she focused on corporate, incentive, third party, association and union markets and was named to Fairmont’s 2004 “President’s Circle” (top 15 sellers in the company) and to Fairmont’s 2005 Masters Club. Other experience includes National Sales Manager at Trump International Beach Resort, Senior Sales Manager at Bonaventure Resort & Spa, as well as for Hilton Hotels Corporation in the role of National Director of Sales for Hilton Tours in their Washington, DC NSO office.
As Regional Director of Sales for DMI Hotels, Gay is responsible for assisting her meeting and incentive client accounts across the U.S. including corporate, union, association and group business.
