Patricia is a highly motivated professional with 20-plus years experience in hospitality sales and marketing. She has extensive knowledge in handling the group, meeting and incentive business for various brands. Her experience spans from independent on-property sales, to working with some of the most reputable multinationals in a global capacity. Throughout this journey, her passion has consistently been reflected in her drive to connect clients to great hotels.
Most recently Patricia held a global role with a worldwide banner, managing the 3rd-party intermediary segment in Canada, and has a proven track record of developing and managing accounts. Her dedication to clients is reflected in her achieving high scores in customer service and receiving various sales awards.
Patricia holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and is fluent in three languages, which are English, French and Italian.
When not working, Patricia enjoys power walks, spending time with friends and family, traveling, watching her boys play sports, and exploring her passion for cooking.
